Darnell Gatewood

Darnell Demetrius Gatewood also known by family and friends as Cowboy, was born on March 18, 1984 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Trevia Lashelle (Tanksley)Gatewood and Darnell Gatewood.

Darnell loved working with his hands. He was employed with the Elara by Hilton. He enjoyed working with his team members in housekeeping. Darnell was scheduled to continue attending Community College of Southern Nevada spring session to study engineering. 

He was a devoted son, father, brother, and uncle. Darnell enjoyed music, basketball, avid PS4 video gamer and shopping as he was always well-groomed anytime he walked out the door. He loved music and fast cars. He was preparing to buy a Dodge Charger and ride along with his friends. A very handsome man with a big heart who would help anyone, anytime. He never met a stranger, always had time for everyone and never failed to take time out with a child to make them feel special. He will be profoundly missed by mother, family, friends, and acquaintances.
