Salmo 23

El  Señor  es mi pastor,
nada me faltará.
2 En lugares de  verdes pastos me hace descansar;
junto a aguas de reposo me conduce.
3 Él restaura mi alma;
me guía por senderos de justicia
por amor de su nombre.

4 Aunque pase por el valle de sombra de muerte,
no temeré mal alguno, porque tú estás conmigo;
tu vara y tu cayado me infunden aliento

I'll Miss You

I’ll miss you tomorrow
When the toothpaste cap is on;
I’ll miss you tomorrow
When I must unlock the front door;
I’ll miss you tomorrow
When mine is the only reflection in the mirror;
But I will celebrate today
The memories of you.

Rodney Tisdell II

June 23, 1988 - August 2, 2021

Rodney Garette Tisdell, II
AKA Doobie

Doobie was born to Carolyn Landers and Rodney Garette Tisdell in Las Vegas, NV. Doobie attended Madison E.S., Francis H. Cortney Middle School, Cimmaron Memorial High School. He then continued his education as a phlebotomist. Shortly after he discovered his true passion of hair styling. Doobie could do some hair! He was great at that. He took his craft to the next level becoming a master loctician. Acquiring well over 100 clients. He brought the North into the West!
Doobie enjoyed playing outside with a host of cousins and friends. Doobie loved playing video games. He played basketball in the neighborhood. He loved watching anything related to vampires, witches and warlocks. He was often found sitting in the kitchen watching his auntie cook. Doobie could cook, too! He loved being around his family. He would ride bikes from family members house to family member's house. As he grew up, he took pleasure in babysitting his younger cousins and doing their hair. He graduated from creating styles on them to a professional level.
Rodney elevated to Doobie then "Lit by Doobie" to his signature brand, "Sit and Get Lit". His sit and  get lit ignited all over the city. "Lit by Doobie" was profitable and was FIRE at Mary Crystylez. When Doobie wasn't working as a locologist, he was on "River" hanging with the crew. The crew was more than just hanging out; they genuinely tried motivating and pushing each other to do better and be better. They loved having fun laughing, singing, and bagging on each other. Doobie enjoyed all kinds of music from rock and roll, rap, R&B and even country. He was the stylist to 31 Flavours Drill Team and pretty much everyone, really.
Ain't no way you would go out with Doobie if your edges weren't laid, if your socks did not match didn't match, if your strips didn't match your polka dots, if your colors didn't coordinate or if you needed a girdle. Doobie was always going to tell you the REAL! He was always a real person. He would tell you if you were wrong to your face. He would tell you and build you up.  He wanted the best for the women that were in his life. Even if it meant holding himself to the same standard. He himself was transformed from the person he used to be to the person he became. Over these last 2 months he was more loving, kind and more forgiving.  He was the most generous he has ever been and everybody around him noticed. He loved his dogs, Queen and Cleo. He grew a passion for growing his plants and his cars.
He was the most generous he has ever been and everybody around was an entrepreneur, a father, a loyal friend, dependable family member, a business owner and an ultimate motivator.
Doobie's light shined so bright that when he walked in the room, he commanded everyone's attention. Whether it was throwing out a joke, the way he was impeccably dressed or just his 1000-watt smile. All eyes on him.
