Lord, remind me that no matter what comes my way,
Your love and grace are greater than any challenges I may face.
Thank You for Your constant presence in my life and for always being my hope and strength.
Amen.

I am Free

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free.
I’m following the path God has chosen for me.
I took His hand when I heard Him call;
I turned my back and left it all.

I could not stay another day,
to laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way;
I’ve found now peace at the end of the day.

If my parting has left a void,
then fill it with remembered joys.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss;
Oh yes, these things, I too will l miss.

Be not burdened with times of sorrow,
look for the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life’s been full, I savored much;
good friends, good times, a loved ones touch.

Perhaps my time seems all too brief;
don’t lengthen your time with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and peace to thee,
God wanted me now – He set me free.

Echoes In Her Smile

Her laughter still echoes in my mind
A sound so pure and bright
Her smile, a ray of sunshine
That filled my life with light

Her touch, a gentle caress
A memory I can’t forget
Her love, a warm embrace
A bond I won’t regret

She’s gone, but not forgotten
Her spirit lives on within
Her memory, a treasured token
Of the love she left behind

Welcomed by angels singing
Ushered to His glorious presence

Don't Cry For Me

Don't cry for me now I have I've gone away,
for I'm still here I'm by your side,
My body's gone but my soul is here,
please don't shed another tear,
I am still here I'm all around, only my body lies in the ground.
